What counts as a worker? +
A worker is one async agent slot — one concurrent task running in a secure VM. If you have 5 workers, you can have up to 5 agents working in parallel across your projects. Workers are not tied to specific people; the whole team shares the pool.
Do I pay per seat or per developer? +
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. You only pay for workers, projects, and integrations — so adding teammates, designers, or PMs to your workspace is always free.
What happens when I hit my project or VM limit? +
You can either upgrade your plan or buy additional workers ($15/month each) — every extra worker adds 3 projects and 1 secure VM to your quota. Existing projects keep working; new ones are blocked until you free up quota or expand.
Can I switch between Basic and Team? +
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Where do agent VMs run? +
In hardware-isolated cloud VMs that belong to your organization alone. A worker's VM is reused for your organization's next task and is never shared with other customers. Enterprise customers can run the entire stack on-prem in their own VPC.
Do unused workers roll over? +
Workers are concurrency slots, not credits — they don't accumulate. You can use all of them, all the time, without extra fees.
