The model

Stop babysitting AI
and start collaborating in the open.

Most AI coding tools isolate developers in their local terminals or IDEs, keeping the context and process hidden. WITH1AI flips the model. We provide an AI agent that acts as a true, shared team member.

It lives in your issue trackers and pull requests, making AI adoption a team-wide, transparent effort. You don't have to learn a new UI, and you only pay once for shared project context—significantly reducing LLM costs across your organization.

Refactor webhook retry queue#284

@with1 the retry queue still drops jobs after 3 failures. Let's switch to exponential backoff with a 24h ceiling and add metrics so we can see what's actually retrying. Reference impl in PR #260.

All requested changes have been successfully implemented and pushed to the branch.

Behavioral Changes:
Replaced fixed retries with exponential backoff (cap at 24h) and instrument retry metrics (attempt count, delay, outcome).

Testing: All specs pass.

How it works

From ticket to merged PR
in three steps.

Step 01

Assign & Contextualize

Simply mention @with1 in a Jira, GitHub or Bitbucket comment. The agent automatically reads the ticket description, comments, attached files and linked PRs to gain perfect context.

Step 02

Async Cloud Execution

Your agent gets to work immediately in a secure, hardware-isolated cloud VM. You can close your laptop; the agent keeps coding, testing, and planning in the background.

Step 03

Review, Refine & Merge

The agent opens a Pull Request or replies with a plan. Treat it like a human developer: leave review comments, ask questions, or request changes. If a CI check fails, the agent automatically steps in to fix it.

Use cases

Designed for how you work.

Accelerate your product roadmap
Stop interrupting developers

Query the agent directly in issue tracker or chat for project specifics, architecture questions, or status updates instead of breaking a developer's flow.

Intelligent planning

Have the agent break down large epics, write comprehensive ticket descriptions, and create sub-tasks automatically.

Deepen technical understanding

Gain a clear, jargon-free understanding of how a complex ticket was implemented by reviewing the open agent logs and PR summaries.

One-Shot your tasks.

Context is King

We know that issue trackers are the best way to provide rich, structured, and deep context to a human. Why treat AI any differently? IDEs and CLIs simply cannot match this level of detail, making issue trackers the key to drastically increasing the AI's ability to “one-shot” complex issues.

100% Transparent Execution

Never guess what the AI is doing. Every agent run provides fully traceable logs. See exactly what it thought, the steps it took, and the tools it used.

Secure, Isolated VMs

Sleep soundly knowing your agents run in hardware-isolated cloud VMs that belong to your organization alone. No local installation, no risk of messing up your machine, and no leaked secrets.

Shared Memory (Lower Costs)

Stop paying multiple times for the same question. If three devs ask “How does auth work?”, WITH1AI remembers the context, slashing your LLM bills compared to individual IDE subscriptions.

Chatting with the WITH1AI agent from a phone
Mobile-first review

Push code forward
while you commute.

Because WITH1AI lives in your existing tools, you aren't tied to your desk. Use the mobile apps for GitHub, Jira, or Slack to communicate with your agent on the go.

Review a Pull Request from the train, answer your agent's clarifying questions while in line for coffee, and request ticket planning from your couch. Do real engineering work without needing a laptop or a complex new app.
